• Real visibility, not promised visibility. Clients track progress unit by unit, phase by phase, Rough-in, Trim, Startup, with execution dates and signed inspection checklists at every stage. Every crew member logs the day's activity in a single tap: task, status, materials used, geolocation, photos. Every three hours, executives and project managers receive a faithful snapshot of the jobsite, by email, SMS or WhatsApp, without having to ask.
• Billing that matches the jobsite. Every invoiced amount is tied to a specific unit and phase. ACTech automatically compares what was executed against what was paid and flags any discrepancy, the client doesn't have to trust our word, they trust the record.
• Material, lodging and quality control, without relying on a WhatsApp group. Parts requests follow an approval chain, from crew member to team leader, from leader to the client's property manager, with confirmed receipt. When a job requires an off-site crew, the system organizes the lodging request with an automatic deadline. Before any handover, a Friday closing checklist confirms the Usetech standard was met, and any client recall is tracked through resolution.
